Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

  1. Introduction

    1. These Terms of Service govern your use of the "easewedding" cloud-based solution, available at https://easewedding.me.
    2. By registering or using the Service, you signify your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
  2. Services and Payments

    1. The Service provides a license to use digital tools for creating wedding invitations.
    2. Access to premium functionality is granted upon successful payment confirmation. Currently, the Service exclusively accepts payments in supported cryptocurrencies.
    3. Prices may be displayed in fiat equivalent (e.g., USD) for convenience, but the final settlement is processed in digital assets at the provider’s exchange rate during the transaction.
  3. Refund Policy

    1. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable for user-initiated reasons (e.g., change of mind or canceled events).
    2. Refunds are issued solely in exceptional cases (such as critical system failures preventing access to the Service). In such events, refunds are processed minus the blockchain network fees.
  4. Intellectual Property

    1. The software, design, interface, and branding of "easewedding" are the exclusive property of the Provider.
    2. Users retain full ownership of the content (text, photos) they upload, granting the Provider only the technical right to host, adapt, and display it online.
  5. Liability and Disclaimer

    1. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime in the event of force majeure or cloud infrastructure issues.
    2. The Provider is not responsible for the accuracy of content uploaded by Users, nor for any disputes between Users and their guests.
  6. Account Termination

    1. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts without a refund if the Service is used for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or hosting illegal content.
  7. Governing Law and Disputes

    1. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through constructive negotiation via customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Provider’s jurisdiction.
